UPDATE: When I called the office to let them know that my door had issues the office manager, Angela, was incredibly rude to me. Yes, I was upset but I never raised my voice or swore at her, and she decided to terminate the call because she didn’t like talking to someone who was upset. Then after about an hour, I was finally able to get through to her again (because she kept ignoring my other calls) and got my service call scheduled. At the end of the day, she had the nerve to call me and ask me to delete this review. In the meantime, my daughter-in-law who had a door installed on the same exact day that I did, has a problem with her door as well. Her dog used his paw to push the flap open, and it caused something on the bottom of the flap to come off. She only needs one little screw piece to fix it and they’re going to charge her $150 for a service charge because they said it was pet caused damage. You make products specifically for pets, but you don’t make them pet friendly? I stand by my one star review. No Angela, no matter how much you beg I will not delete it. I had my door installed and within two weeks it quit working. When I tried to call the office to get assistance, the office manager hung up on me. Yes, I am very angry, I spent $2000 on this door. I expected it to work much longer than two weeks. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Also, when they came to install the door, they didn’t even bring everything they needed so they had to drive back to the shop and come back again. Very disorganized company and horrible customer service.
Got my door installed about a year ago! Had the bead on my door fall apart and come off. Called them and they were happy to send someone right away at no cost to fix the issue. Tech that came out was fast, friendly and went above and beyond with my door. Not only fixed the bead but adjusted my door and lubricated it to slide better than it has!! Highly recommend these guys.
Love our Pet door and our experience with the company. They were helpful and professional. The pet door looks and works great in my sliding door and my puppy loves going in and out as she pleases. It only took her a couple days to master it. It closes very securely and stays closed even with lots of wind (we live at the point of the mountain where we get tons of wind). I also don’t feel any heat/cooling loss through it. Overall great door and experience!

I just had sliding glass doors added to my home with a doggie door. I absolutely love it when the dog goes through. It goes back-and-forth and then it locks. It’s a magnetic lock so it’s not a real lock, but it locks in place so no dust or dirt can come in tony home. at first. My dogs were a little bit afraid but now they love it and I love it the other day we had a storm. The wind was blowing so hard but not through my doggie door. I recommend it to everybody
