Got my door installed about a year ago! Had the bead on my door fall apart and come off. Called them and they were happy to send someone right away at no cost to fix the issue. Tech that came out was fast, friendly and went above and beyond with my door. Not only fixed the bead but adjusted my door and lubricated it to slide better than it has!! Highly recommend these guys.
Love our Pet door and our experience with the company. They were helpful and professional. The pet door looks and works great in my sliding door and my puppy loves going in and out as she pleases. It only took her a couple days to master it. It closes very securely and stays closed even with lots of wind (we live at the point of the mountain where we get tons of wind). I also don’t feel any heat/cooling loss through it. Overall great door and experience!
